The entire roof, canoes, and external plaster were changed entirely; replacement of exterior ceilings in wood and varnish; total internal painting, external painting, change of screens, and adjustments in windows.
The pool, jacuzzi, ranches, and everything around the house, were completely remodeled. The pool equipment is new; the electrical equipment was also repaired and updated. The installation and painting of exterior railings were fresh.
